This covers andovia.com. Customer data and PHI handled by Andovia products are governed by separate Business Associate Agreements and customer contracts.

We run self-hosted analytics on Andovia infrastructure. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no ad networks, no fingerprinting, no cross-session tracking. The one exception: some pages have an embedded YouTube video, which loads only when you press play. Everything else stays on Andovia infrastructure. We collect anonymous page-view information and standard server logs (IP, request, response, browser identifier) for security and operations.

andovia.com doesn't host a contact form. The contact page provides mailto links you compose in your own email client; we receive them like any other email.

We don't sell personal information and we don't share it for advertising.

Information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above.

California residents have rights under CCPA/CPRA: to know, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
